Full-Service Design
A white-glove 14-step process that includes:

  • A well-developed design concept that keeps your design on target and systems that keep your project on track

  • The technical drawings (3D renderings, elevations, floorplans) needed to understand, build and install your design

  • Construction management, project oversight, and punch list resolution to make sure our plans are followed to a “T”

  • Post-construction & install styling for those essential finishing touches

Floorplan-Only Design
For DIY’ers who just need space planning. Includes:

  • New layouts for interior walls to improve flow & functionality (please note that you will want to consult with a licensed contractor to identify load-bearing walls before we begin.)

  • To-scale, dimensioned furniture layouts to aid your shopping

Our Specialty Niche: Caregiver’s Design
Help for those with Alzheimer’s & dementia

  • Beyond ADA & general safety concerns, we use research-based design techniques, along with personal experience, to help ease the everyday challenges that come with caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
